I normally use (and am most familiar with) Open Note Block Studio (OpenNBS), however I am actively trying to learn Cubase, which is a MUCH more expansive and powerful music creation app.
$4.00 USD per 30 seconds, $8.00 minimum. Here's a small table to extrapolate prices from:
